Pragamatics LLC serves as a liaison between case managers, social workers, community leaders and individuals in need of housing who are able to live and thrive in life as an independent adult.
Our shared homes offer an array of benefits that cater to the unique needs of individuals in need. Living in a shared environment promotes a sense of community and belonging, allowing residents to form meaningful connections with like-minded individuals who are on a similar journey towards self-sufficiency and independence. These relationships not only create a support network but also inspire to motivate residents to overcome their challenges together.
